Is the app on iOS and Android?

Yes, native apps on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Same features on both platforms. Updates pushed automatically.

How does login work?

Employees log in once with their work email and a temporary password. After that, Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN can be used for daily access. SSO supported via SAML and Google Workspace.

What if employees don't have smartphones?

The web ESS works on any browser, including basic feature phones with a browser. Most factory and field employees we work with do have smartphones, but we don't assume it.

Can employees see only their own data?

By default, yes. Salary, tax, personal documents are visible only to the employee. Managers see their team's leave balance and attendance, not salary, unless you specifically configure it.

Does it work offline?

Punch in/out and expense submission work offline. They sync once the device connects. Other features (payslips, document vault) need a network for the first download, then cached.

How are notifications handled?

Push notifications for important events: salary credited, leave approved, expense reimbursed, tax declaration deadline. Employees can mute categories they don't want.

Can we white-label the app?

Available on the Ultimate plan for customers above 500 employees. Custom branding, logo, colours, and app store presence under your company name.
