Which job boards integrate with factoHR?
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Hirect, and Shine via direct integration. Your own career page hosted on your domain. Custom XML feeds available for niche job boards on request.
Does the resume parser work for Indian resumes?
Yes. Trained on Indian resume formats including IIT/NIT/B.Tech naming conventions, Indian phone formats, and common Indian company names. PDF, DOCX, RTF supported.
Is Aadhaar e-sign legally valid?
Yes. Aadhaar e-sign is governed by the IT Act 2000 and managed by UIDAI. Same legal status as a handwritten signature. Approved for offer letters, NDAs, and all standard employment documents.
Which BGV partners are supported?
Checkmate, AuthBridge, Onboardable, and OnGrid are integrated. Your existing BGV partner can be added via API. BGV requests trigger automatically based on role, location, or pay band.
Can we onboard bulk hires for factories?
Yes. Bulk upload via Excel or CSV. Pre-built templates for blue-collar onboarding with simplified document sets. Multi-language offer letters (English, Hindi, Marathi) supported.
What about employees without Aadhaar?
Standard digital signature (Class 3 DSC) is available as a fallback. We support physical signature workflows where required, with scan-and-upload at the candidate's end.
How does the IT requisition work?
When an offer is accepted, factoHR can auto-create tickets in your IT helpdesk (Freshservice, Jira Service Management, Zoho Desk) for laptop, access, and software. Built-in asset module also available.
Do you handle multi-location hiring?
Yes. Each office can have its own job pipelines, onboarding checklist, induction calendar, and welcome kit. Compliance applied per state for PF, ESIC, and PT.
What about offboarding and F&F settlement?
Exit workflows include resignation, notice period tracking, asset return, knowledge transfer documentation, and full-and-final settlement. F&F calculation includes leave encashment, gratuity, bonus, tax-related adjustments. Released through payroll.
