Can we track on-call doctor schedules and visit fees?

Yes. Each doctor has an on-call calendar. Emergency call-ins logged with timestamp. Visit fees (per-visit or per-hour) auto-computed and posted to payroll. Visiting consultant payments tracked separately from resident doctors.

How are night-duty, hazard, ICU allowances handled?

Each allowance head is a rule in the payroll engine. Triggers based on shift type, department, day-of-week or specific assignments. Audit-traceable: every allowance line on a payslip shows which rule fired and why.
